For a Hub run by a real school, place of worship, charity or association.
A Hub's admin proves they may represent the institution. The quickest way is the institution's own email:
The Hub's page then shows Email Confirmed [date]. Receiving the code shows you have a mailbox at the institution; it says nothing more than that.
A letter of authorisation or a registration document can also be used. Barota's Verification team checks it against a register where one exists. Where none does, it is stored and not checked, and the Hub's page shows Registration Document Submitted.
This is a Level 2 check, paid for by the Hub. It is not open yet. Nothing can be sent or charged until the price is published.
Barota keeps only the email domain, never the address. Any document is stored privately, and only the Hub's admin and the Verification team can open it.
If a Hub claims an institution it does not represent, use Report on the Hub, or contact support.
